SPACE... THE FINAL FRONTIER!
The most recent Isotone concert, a tribute to physicist Stephen Hawking, tackled the final frontier in a work commissioned in honor of Hawking by New York composer Larry Spivack. The work, entitled “Space” debuted February 28 at 3:00 PM at the American Museum of Science and Energy in Oak Ridge. The work was performed by soprano Katy Wolf Zahn joined by Susan Eddlemon on violin together with Mr. Spivack and Scott Eddlemon on percussion.
